Got a problem with the OS installed on your Kimsufi server? Explain what went wrong and the circumstances via the Kimsufi forum. Active members of the community will help you.


Incident declaration

Got an OS installation issue or a hard disk needing replacement?
Request a technician to intervene by reporting your incident via email (incident handling: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm).
For Kimsufi web hosting plans, you will need to contact support from the OVHcloud Control Panel (in the top right-hand corner)
