In the event of your server being unavailable (no response to ping) our technicians are on standby 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year in the datacentres that host your Kimsufi servers.

Incident declaration
Got an OS installation issue or a hard disk needing replacement?
Request a technician to intervene by reporting your incident via email (incident handling: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm).
