Your questions answered

Where is my data located?

Your data is hosted in our data centers located in Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. In Europe, you can choose a location in France (Gravelines, Roubaix, or Strasbourg), Germany (Frankfurt), Poland (Warsaw), or the United Kingdom (London). In North America, your servers can be deployed in Canada (Beauharnois). In Asia-Pacific, locations are available in Singapore, Sydney, and Mumbai. Regardless of the selected site, your data benefits from secure hosting and a high level of sovereignty.

What to do in case of hardware failure?

Our teams continuously monitor all dedicated servers. In the event of hardware failure, an alert is immediately triggered and the affected components are replaced as quickly as possible. In 2023, the average failure rate recorded was 0.3%, demonstrating the reliability of our infrastructure.

How to select a suitable dedicated server?

The choice of a dedicated server mainly depends on your needs for RAM, storage, computing power, and bandwidth, as well as your budget. Depending on whether you are hosting a website, a game server, or a backup solution, the required resources may vary. Our different ranges allow you to easily identify the most relevant configuration for your use.

What is the principle of a dedicated server?

A dedicated server is a physical machine entirely reserved for a single client. All resources (processor, memory, storage) are exclusively allocated to that client, without sharing with other users. This configuration guarantees complete control of the environment, unlike shared hosting or certain virtualised solutions.

What benefits does a dedicated server offer?

A dedicated server gives you access to 100% of the hardware resources, for stable and predictable performance. You choose your operating system (Linux, Windows, etc.) and have administrator access to configure your environment according to your needs. This management freedom allows for a secure infrastructure tailored to your technical requirements.

What do the installation fees for a dedicated server cover?

The installation fees correspond to the operations of preparing the server in the datacentre: assembly, initial configuration, and network connection. They are invoiced only once when the service is set up.
