OVHcloud complies with applicable personal data protection regulations, in particular the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the amended French Data Protection Act ("Informatique et Libertés").
Your rights
You have the following rights regarding the personal data concerning you:
- Right of access — obtain confirmation as to whether or not data is being processed, and obtain a copy.
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request the deletion of data in cases provided for by law.
- Right to restriction of processing — in certain situations.
- Right to portability — receive the data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Right to object — for legitimate reasons, or at any time for commercial prospecting.
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time, for processing based on consent.

Complaint to a supervisory authority
If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority — in France the CNIL.
